I loved enjoying some time in the rooftop pool and the sauna during my stay, both were such nice ways to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that the desk chair could've been more comfortable for working, but it didn’t ruin my time at all. If you get the chance, definitely try the afternoon tea. it’s a real treat! ☕

Rooms clean and spacious with afternoon tea included add a bit of luxury to your stay. Excellent access to the bustling street stalls around Ben Thanh Market makes it easy to indulge in local food and shopping.
The gym is limited, with a small range of free weights that could disappoint fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the noise from the bustling streets can be loud until late at night, potentially impacting a good night's sleep for light sleepers.

My stay here was exceptional! The architecture of the hotel is stunning, and the location is perfect—just steps from the market. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, loaded with options, and the complimentary afternoon tea was delightful. The staff were attentive, making each moment memorable, especially with their friendly and helpful demeanor.

The rooftop area is a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring, offering a great view of the city.
The air conditioning in our room was quite noisy and not very efficient, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

I almost wrote a glowing review, but the atrocious noise from the hall outside my room ruined it. Also, breakfast took 30mins for a simple sandwich—shocking incompetence. Plus, I expected complimentary mini-bar refills without asking, but what do I know? Overall, just a big disappointment, not the luxury retreat I envisioned.

The rooftop area was a magical spot to unwind with a fantastic view of the city while sipping on evening cocktails. The spa facilities were also good, offering a serene escape after a day of exploring.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting
The staff were cute you know and offered us fresh watermelon juice while we waited in the lobby. We got to our room super fast no paperwork just a quick handover of key cards and let me tell you that view was something else with a big window letting in all this light.

We had a lovely stay here with our family, enjoying the spacious room and the excellent rooftop pool, which was refreshing and rarely crowded. The afternoon tea was a delightful treat for us, and the breakfast offered plenty of tasty Vietnamese and Western options.
For dads, it would be great if there was a play area for the kids.
